The staff offered great service . i especially enjoyed the sunset boat ride available directly from the hotel. It presented a beautiful view of the lagoon. the lagoon also attracted wildlife, i saw oxen coming down to the water, a unique experience.

Really good Service and Comfort

My family and I found the rooms spacious. They were also comfortable during our three nights stay. The front desk staff, Roshan and Mayuran, gave us a great price. We arrived late on our check-in day, but the reception called to ensure our arrival and prepared dinner for us all. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and accommodating.

The bedroom is spacious and bright. It includes AC and a fan. There is also a useful dressing area and a sitting area next to a large jacuzzi. The bed has great quality linen.

The hotel is a short walk to the beach. It is also situated among swaying palms, lovely flowers, and plants. I thought the setting of the hotel was most excellent as soon as we came through the gates.

I was welcomed very warmly. The staff has a positive attitude and 'can do' approach. I have some dietary issues, and the chef and the restaurant staff catered to me well. They cooked meals as requested and served them promptly. The setting is tranquil with beautiful gardens and a view of the lagoon. The beach is within walking distance, as are restaurants and shops. I had a ground floor large suite with a two-person jacuzzi, and cleaning standards were excellent.

The water stopped for over an hour. I could not use the toilet or shower.
